A boutique health club for women 

Set within the heart of Chelsea, Wellness & Wilde is a boutique health club for women only, defined by privacy and individual attention.

 

Our gym is reserved for independent training sessions, while daily yoga and Pilates classes are limited to just four participants.

 

For those seeking a more personalised approach, we also offer one-to-one reformer Pilates, personal training, physiotherapy, nutritional therapy and holistic health programmes.

Women only classes

Our daily classes are held in a natural sun lit conservatory surrounded by trees and flowers.

We offer a variety of classes and workshops for women at all levels and all stages of life, including specialised pregnancy safe yoga and Pilates classes where mothers can bring their babies. 

​

With only four spaces per class, you can ensure that you are getting the attention and guidance you need to have a safe and effective workout.

Our private gym offers exclusive access to a fully equipped boutique training space in a quiet and peaceful setting.

Designed for independent training and one-to-one sessions, the gym is reserved entirely for you, providing the privacy and uninterrupted access that can be difficult to find in a traditional gym environment.

The space has been thoughtfully equipped to support a wide range of training styles, from strength and resistance training to functional movement and reformer-based exercise. With professional-grade free weights, Olympic lifting equipment, dedicated strength stations, and a reformer machine, the studio offers everything needed for an effective and well-rounded training session.

1:1 sessions and private groups

Whether you are looking for individual support or would like to practice with family and friends, our private classes can be booked as 1:1 sessions or private groups of up to four people. These sessions are designed so that you can enjoy focused guidance, hands-on support and a calm, welcoming environment for you to move safely, confidently and at your own pace.

For those seeking more in-depth support, our bespoke personal training programmes combine your choice of 1:1 sessions with transformational coaching and clinical nutritional therapy from our in-house registered nutritionist.

Personal training programmes

Our personal training programmes begin with a comprehensive fitness assessment and postural analysis, allowing us to create a programme tailored to your individual needs, goals, and movement patterns. Weekly one-to-one training sessions are delivered by our in-house personal trainers in our private gym and may incorporate strength training, mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, or a combination of approaches to best support your progress.

Alongside your training, you'll receive monthly coaching sessions with our in-house registered nutritionist. Together, you'll develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, while using evidence-based coaching techniques to overcome limiting beliefs, build sustainable habits, and create lasting change that supports your health and wellbeing goals.
